1. Returns & Eligibility
You may apply for a return within 14 days after the delivery date of your order.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and sealed in their original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital files or digital downloads
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or altered packaging
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
3. Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and detailed information or photos of the issue.
If the return or exchange is caused by customer preference, change of mind, or user error, the customer is responsible for all related return shipping fees. The actual cost will depend on the logistics company you select.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees,
unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product.
